That's it, if GW molds a model like that farseer instead of the helmeted ones, I am so building an Eldar army.

do they let you change skins for your Marines? I would only want to play as Blood Angels.
It looks like the assault marines are actually flying in arcs rather than straight up, across, and down again. I like the improvement.
Relic has got to be the best game computer game company in business today. It looks like they are combining the best of DoW with the best of CoH.
Now if they would only make a Battlefleet Gothic RTS along the lines of Homeworld...
I'm a miserable grump, I know, but the game looks too shiny to me. Too many colors. I like my 40k dark and gritty!
The only thing I don't like about this game is the release date... if they say next spring, you can count on next summer...
IMO, the best part is when the Dreadnaught does the kool-aid man into the two Banshees, but overall its very well done and I love seeing WH40K get some cinematic love.

Ever heard of "Sins of a Solar Empire".
Its a space RTS very similar to Homeworld, only with a little more depth as far as economy and diplomacy.
The greatest aspect of the game is that it is very mod friendly and many talented third parties have made star wars and star trek mods that are very impressive.
Want battle Fleet Gothic? Got crap loads of free time? Create your own using the Sin engine.
Well, I like the backgrounds, of the cities and buildings etc.
So will they release this for the Mac? No? Didn't think so.

WoW, amazing, simply amazing. I cool that you see the banshee's actualy stock in the grass. The helmet less Farseer is good. Wraith Lord with the sword is pimp'in.
It seems that there maybe more upgrade option than your standard "power sword" as you can see that the assualt marine has a power axe.

Dreadnoughts don't have lighting claws dude. But he does have a point, I would like to see the Dreads get some upgrades, Plasma Cannon, Auto Cannons, ect...
I hope they atually balance out the SM squads, cause I have know idea WHERE the marines carry 5 specail weapons, 4 for devestators, but thats the most.
Watch the Eldar trailer.....at the end pause it when it shows the clouds.......

DUDE! That looks like an insanely cool game! Then again I guess you probably need an insanely good computer to play it. Oh well. The scenery looks really cool! I kinda like the whole space Aztec thing. Thanks for this one Bigred! I think we can all forgive the occasional vidoe game tidbit if its this good!

this are actually some of the worst screenshots for DOW ive seen. one or two of them look like regular dawn of war with a spec map on the models.
maybe its my lack of sleep talking..

not a huge fan of the tabletop game but the xbox title looks AWESOME
The blasted predator and dreadnought look amazing. The Imperial city in the background looks amazing as does the cathedral in several shots.
Horray new units, and we get tanks :D Good to know finally.

I agree, the scenery is very nicely done, very inspiring landscapes.. Wish I could have as cool looking terrain on my board as in this game!

Okay okay since this rumour just won't die I'd better lay it out for you all.. and put this "debate" out of its misery.
The mystery race IS NOT the Tyranids its... THE METRIC SYSTEM!, finally come to claim the 40K universe, and eradicate use of the word INCH in any context other than porn...
...and the _Imperial_ Guard (yes folks thats what the "Imperial" in the name really refers to) are powerless against it.
It seems like SMs will be more fluffy than in the original, judging by the number of them, which is awesome.
Still waiting for the announcement of 'nids, though.
The wraithlord is cool indeed, but the Eldar tank which looks like a Fire Prism is... meh. Just meh.
