Its almost Halloween folks, and that can only mean you better watch out for Grandfather Nurgle and his zombie antics.  So grab your bolter, and read on ahead for some homebrew rules to bring some zombie goodness to your tabletop.

Zombie rules by David Beardwood

These zombie rules draw a bit from the style of Dungeons and Dragons gaming; one player will
be the “dungeon master,” controlling all the enemies and trying to set up the game so that it will
be fun for all the players involved. This way, the other players will not have full information
about what is going to happen ahead of time, making for a more exciting game. We will refer to
the dungeon master as the “DM.” Everyone else will be a “player.” These rules are designed for
a DM and 2-5 other players, but could be modified to fit other groups with a bit of creativity.

Below are the only four infrared vidcaps taken from the plaguezombie consumption of Astralla IV

Bridge: Veteran Guardsmen provide cover fire as a Terminator clears the bridge of Zombies
Cathedral: Space Marines and Guardsmen dig in around a cathedral to wipe out a large wave of incoming Zombies
Chimera: After reaching a motor pool, most of the team plows through a Zombie-filled street in a Chimera while one member holds off some Space Marine Zombies in a Sentinel
Valkyrie: Of the survivor team of Veteran Guardsmen, Storm Troopers and a Terminator, a few brave warriors sacrifice themselves in hand-to-hand combat with the Zombies while a Valkyrie refuels in order to evacuate the survivors

Be careful out there Imperial citizens, and have a happy Halloween!
