Blight Wheel Miniatures has a small but nice array of miniatures. Lets take a look

Ratings:
1 toof -Far below average This product turned out to be a piece of junk.
2 teef – below average but not terrible. This product was a slight let down.
3 teef – Good, average, this product meets my expectations.
4 teef – superior to most of the products out there in either price, quality, etc this product goes above my expectations.
5 teef – Extremely high value or quality. This product blows me away.
Disclaimer:  I play 40k; I’ve played 40k since the 80’s.  When I look at a model I look at it from the perspective of how can I use this in 40k?  That’s not to say the model can’t be used in alternative ways it’s just my perspective.

BLM just previewed a range of bits to make infantry men in this same look.

Quality:  The quality is very nice.  I had virtually zero flash to trim, the detail is excellent and there were no broken or warped pieces.

4 Teef

Value:  The price for what you get is fair.  There is a lot of competition these days in the bits market.  I would say Blight Wheel is on par with most others out there.

Look/Feel:  Some of the figures don’t immediately make you think 40k, which isn’t a bad thing in my opinion.  They are different enough to not look like everything else but similar enough that they will still fit in the game and not look out of place.  Some of the Blight Wheel figures are less “heroic” in scale than other figures but not to the point where they look out of scale.

Overall I am pleased with my minis from Blight Wheel.  As they continue to expand their range they are making better and better stuff.  Check out their Promethius.  What I really like is that are moving into making discrete bits that can be combined to making their figures or with other bits to make your own creation.
