What are your greedy little hands buying first?

  • Julio Lenin Roman Martinez

Just like always: I’ll wait for the pdf version in one week or two and see if is worthy.

    • Anggul

All of the rules have been leaked. As a massive Harlequin fan, I’ll be keeping my money. Really rather disappointing, and all so easily improved by the simple act of improving holo-suits and giving the Solitaire access to a power sword. There’s a power sword relic… which is specified Troupe Master only.

      • chris2155

I couldn’t disagree with you more. this army hits extremely hard, you just have to buy the models..bikes are key

        • Anggul

I didn’t say it didn’t hit hard. I said holo-suits are bad and they cripple them. They hit hard fine, but they die to a token contribution of firepower. Sure veil of tears can keep a squad safe at long range, but even overwatch is going to hurt these guys, let alone an actual round of shooting, as will any return attacks in close combat. They’re just far too easy to kill, holo-suits needed improving.

  • grendal1989

Good. Looks like they’ll get formations in addition to that odd force org chart.

  • sleeplessknight

Anyone notice that the codexes, cards and painting book are scheduled to ship for March 7 while the models are scheduled to ship Feb 21? What’s up with that?

    • Jon

There’s a strike going on at the harbors in California. Anything coming in from the Pacific is delayed which includes all GW printed items. All game stores in the US will be delayed on these products.

      • Ben

It’s totally messed with our business as well . I have Distributors screaming my ear off for product that I can’t get for them..

        • Jon

Pretty much this strike is only hurting small businesses that rely heavily on not over stocking. My friends store has been having to send customers home for weeks now waiting on RC parts. This is a mess, I don’t know whether the strike is warranted but I do know it needs to be resolved soon.

          • Ben

Well I works for big corporate Amerixa, but our division sells to the independent retail (small business) market. All this strike is doing is hurting the small business is owner.

          • Chris. K Cook

Then put pressure on the Bosses. Tell them if they don’t sort it out you will find another way to get the goods. If all you small businesses do that maybe it will get sorted out.

      • ronin_cse

I was wondering about that, thanks for the info!

    • plasmaspam

you think that’s bad? The UK site is currently telling me “pre-order product that will ship 09-Feb-2016”! Obviously – hopefully! – a typo.

      • Statham

They’ve amended this already. My Codex pre-order said 09/02/2016, but now reads as the coming weekend.

  • Houghten

No, they aren’t here. Stop doing that.

    • Avensis Astari

      BREAKING NEWS: SISTERS ARE HERE!!

      In a few months…

      Maybe.

  • Otter

The models are well done but the checkered paint and masks on everything ruin them for me. But that’s simply my tastes rather then a problem with the models themselves 🙂

    • Chris. K Cook

Then use a different paint scheme.

      • Otter

        Fair point 🙂

  • CertainlyNOTmccarthy

Were data cards not 6$ and something a few months ago?

    • ronin_cse

It’s because they include the psychic cards and the tactical objective cards now

      • CertainlyNOTmccarthy

        Ahh ok.
Never been happier to be wrong.
        Thank you.

  • Manwiththedogs

GW haven’t learnt yet that they should have the symbol replacing the 6 and not the 1. Battlefront figured this out a while ago and made the change cause people like to see their army symbol associated with high rolling not failing.

    • Its wierd Cuz they used to, got a buddy with BT dice with Templar symbol as the 6

  • GiftoftheMagi

Oh gods….I bought the Master Edition. I think I need help.

    • Meekaeel Khan

      Same; impulse buying.. D:

      • GiftoftheMagi

Partially, but also because I loved thos army since Second Edition, and it has been so long since it was a proper force on its own. It was my fav and in a way I want to say to GW “More of this, please!”
