40K: The Softcover Codices are Growing

First it was Astra Militarum, but the drumbeat and lower prices march onward. Look who’s next:

Many of these are not currently listed in all countries, but it would appear that GW is ramping up the new runs of softcover books in the UK first.  All the softcovers are coming in at the lower pricepoint of £25, a £5 reduction compared to the standard £30 hardcover prices listed previously.

Also note that in the case of the two armies listed, the previous hardcovers are gone, so this looks like another step in GW’s efforts to find ways to reduce prices.

~Would you nbr more likely to pick more rulebooks in the newer cheaper softcover format, or do you want the more durable hardcovers?
