Hey BoLS Readers – I know you might be asking, “Is this a Movie-Tie in product?” And the Answer is: YES! WizKids has released the newest Marvel HeroClix set to coincide with the upcoming movie, shocking I know. Luckily I had my trusty friend Evan from Dragon’s Lair Comics & Fantasy on hand to go through this new Starter Set with me!

If you’ve never played HeroClix before then this is a great time to jump in. It’s a pretty simple game to learn, the rules are online, and it has quite a following. I’m not going to get into game play with the new characters but it’s got all the expected heroes in this set. From Captain America to Iron Man and both of their “teams” are include in this set.
This being a collectible game it also has booster packs with random heroes included. Now we did open up two boosters to go along with the Starter Box which is where that minor spoiler comes in. Lets just say that it involved Ant-Man…But that’s the fun of opening RANDOM packs. You never know what you’re going to get.
