This Week’s Tabletop Podcast Reviews 4/2 – 4/8
Hey all, Bahkara here for this week’s reviews! There is plenty of stuff to listen to so lets get on with it!
This week we are seeing a lot of Adepticon talk for a number of different games.
Masters of the Forge Episode 49 – This episode is a short but good one. They go over the fluff of the Death Specters space marine chapter. They talk about the history and organization of the chapter. Per the usual, they discuss ways to create a unique space marine army on the table top with custom relic and rules. Always a nice listen if you are looking to do something different with a space marine army for your local narrative games and group.
Preferred Enemies Episode 123 – The next installment in the “Start collecting” series. This time they discuss the two daemon boxes from Age of Sigmar. They again go over the fluff of the Chaos Daemons faction and why you would want to play the army. They then discuss the merits of each Age of Sigmar Start Collecting box and how they would translate to the 40k tabletop. As with all the other episodes, it is a good listen if you are interested in starting a chaos Daemons army.
Battlehosts – Nice episode where they discuss ways to keep your stuff alive so they can do their job. The guys discuss ways of using terrain, other units and and reserves to keep your stuff alive. Nice episode whether you are new to the game of just looking for something new tip or trick for your army.
