This episode was heavily about “quality of life” improvements. Now that the core game play is established and the game is up and running the dev team is hard at work adding polish to different parts of the game.

The reward boxes each have a fancy new race specific animation and each race also has a neat “base” for their character model. It’s all about the little things really.

Preview wise they did mention Terminators were on the way – but they didn’t show them off. As penance, Nathan hopped on the live servers and was brutalized by the player base in game. It was actually a little funny to watch him “play” – surely he was holding back…

Behaviour is also making a ton of progress smashing bugs all over the place. They mentioned they are in a “rapid hotfix” mode right now which is enabling them to make lots of tweaks and changes to get everything running even smoother. They are certainly putting in the time to make the player experience as stable as possible.

If you haven’t given this game a shot by now, you really should. The PvE alone is a blast and the PvP is brutal. There is a bit of a learning curve but once you get it – you’ll be hooked.

Time to go Bug Hunting!
