Fantasy Flight Games Announces a new expansion for Mansion of Madness – Beyond the Threshold!
Fantasy Flight Games has released an updated version of Mansions of Madness. It has a great little app that goes hand-in-hand with it and the game is still just as creepy as you remember it! Now, hot on the heels of the hit game is coming an expansion for it – Beyond the Threshold!
In “Beyond the Threshold” you’ll get to play with some new investigators: Wilson Richards and Akachi Onyele.
Wilson Richards is a new investigator that has some pretty solid physical strength stats. His typical “handy-man” lifestyle has let him to a point where he’s going to be fixing more than just pipes. Akachi Onyele is a more mystic character. Her background has her as more of an outcast who has been dealing with the supernatural for a long time. Lots of training and study make her a formidable investigator.
But let’s not forget that the players aren’t the only ones getting some new friends. The expansion is also introducing some new threats to deal with.

Of course, what kind of an expansion would it be if it didn’t include two New Scenarios: The Gates of Silverwood Manor & Vengeful Impulses.
Gates of Silverwood has you investigating some missing persons last spotted around the Manor. Will you solve the case or end up missing yourself…
Vengeful Impulses is all about a dinner party gone wrong. Will you be able to spot the plot before the host bites it or will you become the next victim?
