SW Armada: Imperial Arquitens Light Cruiser

The Empire’s newest Light Cruiser is on the way. Here’s the latest details from FFG:

Let us begin…

The Arquitens-class light cruiser (from Star Wars REBELS) was primaily used as a blockade ship. It’s speed and fire power helped it to effectively patrol the outer rim. They can be very deadly, especially in numbers…

She’s fast, has 5 hull points, is fairly fast and clocks in in the high 50’s for fleet points.  This puts the Arquitens in direct competition with the Gladiator class in your lists.  These new ships are slightly less armed but substantially more maneuverable then the Gladiator. That’s a decision for you admirals out there to decide on.

So with the Dual Turbolasers, can you drop a black/blue die if you’re out of that range to get the bonus or only if you can use them? If the latter, then it’s pretty limiting.
