Faith RPG: Rulebook & Minis Kickstarter is Live

Faith: The Sci-Fi RPG is back with a new core book and some great new Resin minis!

via Burning Games:

We are proud to announce that the Kickstarter campaign to fund a Core Book and a range of miniatures for Faith: The Sci-Fi RPG is well underway, with over 45% funded within its first few hours. The centerpiece of the campaign is the Core Book, but miniature lovers will be able to secure a set of 8 high-quality resin minis created by Spanish studio Big Child Creatives. The figures represent the different species of the game and come in male and female form.

There are several pledge levels that include the miniatures and they can also be acquired on their own as Add-ons for €50. To do this, pledge the said amount without selecting any particular level and at the end of the campaign you’ll be able to tell us about your selection. If you are interested, please check out the Kickstarter campaign.

If you are a role player and would like to know more about the Core Book itself, please continue reading!

The Core Book of FAITH is the culmination of two years of reflection and playtesting of our setting. We have taken this opportunity to expand the lore and optimize the core mechanics, taking into account all the great feedback received from our backers. That is why we believe that this time we bring you the ultimate FAITH experience, an RPG that will take you to amazing alien planets and incredible adventures.

The stories of FAITH happen around the Labyrinth, a huge network of wormholes that connects the Universe together. Imagine how far you can get just slightly changing your bearing! Such a voyage of discovery connected two distant, spacefaring species, the Corvo and the Iz’kal, and have been struggling to coexist ever since. The humans, meanwhile, are under Corvo dominance, and are highly sought after mercenaries who try to survive as best as they can.

Almost had me, but cards??? Using cards instead of dice killed Malifaux for me and came close to killing Relic knights. I wish them well in their endeavor, but this is a pass for me

Yeah, I never liked cards replacing dice either. Seems like it could be fun, but not worth to risk to me.
