Pathfinder: Ironfang Invasion Adventure Path Continues

2 Minute Read
Apr 23 2017

The Ironfang Invasion continues with an assault on the walled town of Longshadow…

The events of the Ironfang Invasion continue to escalate. Thus far, the hobgoblins have been able to strike where they want, when they want, and how they want. What secret lies at the heart of their mobility, what great trick is there to their sudden and unrelenting dominance? These questions and more are addressed in the latest adventure path release.

So far, this one has been really knocking it out of the park. I’ve been enjoying the way the story’s unfolded–the encounters are incredibly dynamic, and they offer a lot of pressure on the characters–pressure that gets them thinking both tactically and strategically. And it leaves them feeling harangued as they move from one encounter to the next.

The siege of Longshadow feels like it could be the set up for the turning point of the invasion… though I suppose there’s only one way to find out.

Pathfinder Adventure Path #117: Assault on Longshadow$24.99

The Ironfang Invasion Adventure Path continues with Pathfinder Adventure Path #117: Assault on Longshadow. Longshadow, a wealthy refinery town, now faces the perils of war. If the Ironfang Legion seizes the walled settlement, its grip will tighten across all of Nirmathas, and the local mines and refineries will grant it enough raw materials to fuel its engine of war indefinitely. But the Legion’s heavy focus on Longshadow leaves its flanks vulnerable to a campaign of sabotage and harassment! Can the PCs end the hobgoblin siege, and in the process discover the secret behind the Ironfang Legion’s lightning-quick raids and unseen troop movements?
