Hey all, Adam here, from TFG Radio, for this week’s reviews! This week the 40K NewHammer hype train keeps on chugging along with some talk about the actual rules! We also hear from a game expo. So, let’s get on with the reviews
Meeples & Miniatures Episode 212 Part 1 & 2 – In this 2 part episode, the guys go to the UK Game Expo. They do interviews with a number of miniature manufacturers, game designers, and publishers, about the various products they are displaying at the event. they also talk about some of their upcoming plans for their companies. An interesting listen if you are looking for something different for your gaming collection, or just want to know what’s new from some of the smaller game companies.
Comp Hammer Radio Episode 1 – Out of the ashes of the Wolfkin podcast comes this one. The format is similar to Chapter Tactics, in that every episode there will be a guest host. the first episode featured LVO winner, Brett Perkins. Unfortunately it was difficult to distinguish him from the other hosts but I think that may be an issue with it being the first episode and them wanting to introduce everyone that will be on the show. I’m interested in seeing where this goes, and by the way “comp” stands for “competition”, not “composition”.
Signals from the Frontline – Always a good listen for new and rumors on 40K and other miniature games in the industry.
