Take a look at some of the new releases that are around the corner, as seen in the upcoming White Dwarf.
Spotted over at miniwars, we’ve got a look at what’s coming up from GW, including the Tyranid Collector’s Edition Codex and prices, the new ruins terrain, Necromunda gangs, and more. November’s going to be a great month for building up your tabletop from the look of things. Grab some terrain, grab some Tyranids, and some Necromunda Gangers and you’ll have all the makings of an Imperial world that is doomed to fall before the might of the Great Devourer. No doubt an all-too common scene with the impending release of their Codex.
First up we have a look at some of the upcoming STC Ruins as well as what looks to be repackaged Shadow World Armageddon Terrain. But there’s still more terrain coming this month, check it out:
We’ve got the Citadel of the Everchosen, the Ruins of Elixia, Outpost Pythos IV, and the Hive Shield here, and though the picture quality isn’t the greatest, you can see that there’s a lot going on. The Elixian Ruins in particular, look like a great either Age of Sigmar OR weird mystic alien world terrain set.
But the big one that everyone’s excited about is, of course, the Tyranid Codex. We know it’s coming next Sunday–here’s a little more information about it, along with a look at some of the tactica of the Tyranids.
That Metabolic Overdrive strategy seems like it could be a pretty useful tool to add to your army. Moving along to the safety (hah) of an Imperial Hive World though, let’s take a look at some of the releases for Necromunda.
So there you have it. Necromunda is coming the 11th, everything else is going down come the 4th–two big weeks ahead of us folks, and we’ll be sure to cover all of this as it develops, so be sure and stay tuned for more news and updates.
The Tyranid Codex is actually just a massive bug report.
