The Enigmus Sector: Week 2 Day 1 – A Ripple In the Warp

Located North of the Jenn’s Folly Warp Conduit lies the small T’au outpost world of Voss’ho. This peaceful outpost is tasked with monitoring Imperial activity on the nearby worlds of Mogan Prime and Kramp-O, as well as watching for Chaos raiders out of Dax IV.  Even with the nearness of such major enemy worlds, Voss’ho is a quiet world that has never known war. With fighting intensifying across the sector it never pays to be unprepared, or so believes T’au Commander “Ironsights”. Worried about possible enemy attacks he has set out on an inspection of his northern outposts. As the tour brings him to Voss’ho, the infamous Eldar battleship Spear of Khaine enters the system and begins landing troops on the peaceful world. Now Ironsides and his second in command Darkblade must rally the troops and attempt to defend the outpost against the enigmatic  Eldar.

The Enigmus Sector: Week 2 Day 2 – The Old War

Thanks to a brave charge lead by the Voidzphyer, the T’au have been driven from Voss’ho. Mysterious as always, the Eldar have allowed the surviving T’au to retreat unhindered. Yet even as they secure their hold on the seemingly unimportant world a new challenge presents itself.  In burning flashes of green light the metal warriors of the Nihilakh Dynasty appear on the surface of the world. Nefrakara, the Lady of the Nihilakh’s herself, has come to claim this world from the hated Alaitoc.

Index v. Codex army? No thanks.

    • Adelaide Lee Rosa

I’ve been doing pretty well with my Index army! Definitely getting a little more uphill every month, however.

    • Timmy McMurderbug

Runing ‘crons as an Index has been a challenge, but a good one. Millions of years old and still pimpin’. Learn your army. Know your army. Love your army.

      • Gamecock13

I do love my dark eldar army. But dark eldar are based upon speed and with almost every army having access to strategems and traits and that allow them to close the gap within 1 turn, it is useless.

This is compounded by the fact that I play almost exclusively against tyranids.

I’m sure this isn’t indicative of every index army/players experience currently, but it is my reality until a codex drops.

    • Logandarksky

Ive beaten every codex army with my ladies multipul times. Ill take any codex army index army. Beat a demons list this past weekend that was aboslutly terifying. He deep struck two blood thursters in turn one and charged in seven dudes on demon back ( i got get their name). Metal BAUXES!!!! save the day again. He was 10 points up on turn 5 so i had to table him, did it with one wound to spare. Thats why I say 8th is the best edition, if you dont feel like you are losing on their turn and winning on yours, youre doing it wrong.
