The Orks are here, and Games Workshop may have left the best release for last; the new Meganobz!

It looks like there are a ton of new bits to be had in this kit, as well as a new grot model, the oiler!

If you haven’t seen the new Mega Nobz yet, checkout the spoiler shots from issue #18.

Plus this issue is chock full of Orky features and yet another great Sprues and Glue AND Paint Splatter articles!

They had a really cool article called DA MEGANOBZ CHALLENGE where they pitted various combinations of the new Meganobz against various other enemy combatants from the 40k universe.

Sprues and Glue showed off how to kit bash an Ork model from each of the different clans, as well as some great tips for pinning models in general.

That being said, I am not sure why you would need to pin plastic models, when you can just use Testors Plastic glue to literally bond the pieces together, BUT it’s a great guide to pinning if you apply the technique to metal components IMHO.

The Paint Splatter article had some really great tips for painting the new Mega Nobz details, but once again teased us with a “coming next week armor” cliffhanger at the end of the article. Sigh, just show us already guys.

Great issue all the way around, but they seemed to leave us no discernible clues on what will be coming next release wise after the Fourth of July.
