Hello again. Bahkara here with this week’s podcasts.

This week we saw a lot of podcasts give reports about all aspects of Adepticon, so if you didn’t happen to go this year, like myself, then these podcasts will help you scratch that itch.

Life After the Cover Save Episode 137 – The guys talk to Doug and Todd from Table War. Good discussion about the 40K championships and a special announcement by Doug.

Screaming Heretic Episode 80 – With fewer hosts this episode, it allowed for a lot more content to shine through. A lot of interviews from the event. A good listen.

Chain Attack Episode 198 – A view of Adepticon from the Warmachine side. Covers the tournament with a link to the video of the finals.

Masters of the Forge Episode 25 – Coverage from the non competitive side of the event. They talk about all the side events and classes they attended. Always a good listen and of course good convention stories are always fun.

The Imperial Truth Episode 18 – Greg talks with one of the players of the 30K tournament. They talk the tournament and other 30K events at Adepticon. Always love hearing about 30K, especially as it becomes bigger and with the anticipated rumors about plastic 30K.

Forge the Narrative Episode 89 – Tournament team event and general gaming talk surrounding the event. I like this episode because they talk about the team tournament and the way the 40k main events were organized.

Nothing to do with Adepticon but still highly recommended

Heroic 28’s Episode 114 – General hobby talk but what I would recommend is the “How to get started in 40K” part. Although, if you’re listening to these podcasts, you may already be on the path of the Plastic/Resin God it is still a good listen to maybe learn someone you may not have known. I know I learned a thing or two and I’m an old dog.

HeelanHammer Episode 127 – Another Khaine book review. I actually enjoyed this one as they don’t go into the same detail as Garagehammer. If you’re looking for a review of Khaine that won’t take up half your day then give this episode a listen.

…And the Rest.

Hitting on 3’s Episode 56 – They go over the Harlequin and Necron codexes. What I like about this episode was that they weren’t negative about either codex. Even as a tournament player it is sometimes nice to get a perspective that is different than the typical negative initial response you get from some podcasts when a codex first comes out.

Nova Squadron Radio Episode 21 – The guys talk about the Imperial side of the wave 4 release. Although I don’t play anymore its still a good listen for those that may only play casually so can’t, or don’t, keep up to date on the pros and cons of the latest releases.

The Wolfkin Episode 42 – The guys go over the ITC poll questions and give their votes and opinions about it.

Signals from the Frontline – Always a good listen for new and rumors on 40K and other games in the industry.

As always give my podcast, TFG Radio, a listen. We talk 40K mainly but delve into other game systems. This week we talk about Khorne Daemonkin, Skitarii, and computers in the early 90’s.

Have a different opinion? I don’t list all the podcasts I listen to, but is there a podcast that you think I should give a try? I’m always open to new podcasts so just let me know!
