This Week’s Podcast Review 10/10 – 10/16
Hey all, Bahkara here! Things seem to be picking up with the latest Tau releases. Even so only a couple really stood out, so on with the reviews!
Allies of Convenience Episode 26 – Part four of their ETC coverage. In this episode they talk with the Captain of North Ireland’s team. It is not a long episode, which I like. They talk about the team’s performance at the ETC. What I like about the episode, and the type of coverage for this event, is that it focuses on just one team. A lot of times when you have multiple people it gets a little crowded and sometimes are to hear from everyone or for people to have enough time to get their ideas across. I look forward to what, and who, is next in the continuing coverage of the ETC.
Masters of the Forge Episode 39 – Part 2 of their coverage of the Adeptus Mechanicus. This episode clocks in at almost 4 hours! After a brief story about a TFG at their local tournament, the guys go over the book, “Tech Priest”, and again give scenario ideas in relation to certain parts from the book. Afterwards, Adam interviews the author, Rob Sanders, about his two books. As always a nice episode with ideas for different types of missions, that you can run with any army, from the book. The interview is an added bonus and good insight into the mind of the writer.
