Goatboy’s 40k – Scary, Spooky, Deadly Angels!
Goatboy here with the updated FAQ for the Ravenwing Detachment and it got me thinking about what kind of Terrible list I could utilize with it.
I think the Dark Angels Psychic powers might be interesting to use with the resurgence of the Tau shooting so that had me looking at ways to “use” and abuse a crap ton of Librarians, bikers, and other forms of nonsense. Again this is a pure Goatboy list so expect some copying and pasting as well as a lot of reused HQ choices. I am trying to force one complete direction for this army and the only way to truly get this sort of use is by using a ton of the same things over and over again.

Yeah this looks like a weird mess of nonsense. I mean – sure you have a ton of Psychic dice and if you go all in on the Dark Angel powers you could cast so many weird spells, sapping the will of a ton of stuff, and maybe surviving whatever shooting phase you have to fight against. It does make me laugh to think of a Storm Surge unit getting really spooked, down to BS/WS 1 and trying to utilize those Marker Lights to bring it up to a better BS skill. The one Drop pod is to give a ride to Ezekiel and allow him to land where he needs to. I still wonder if you drop a few librarians, get more Bikers and hope to MSU yourself to victory. Or heck just use more Black Knights. I blaming having to paint a ton of them these last few months for this list.
