Round-up via Spikey Bits

This book starts in Commorragh, and is set in a witch gladiatorial pit, feeding on the pain of others. It’s pretty much the grand circus of the Witch Cult Strife.

Yvraine was born on Biel Tan, left Craft World after she got in trouble, for possibly killing a seer?

She may have been an Aspect Warrior, a Witch, and a Corsair.

Yvraine gets stabbed and mortally wounded in the pits by Lilith, and as she lays dying a mote of energy enters her, spirit shard, and brings her back to life

She becomes the prophet for the Eldar God of the Dead fulfilling the actions the Eldrad had accomplished in the Death Masque Lore

She is the first Eldar to be killed and reborn, and now she gains souls of nearby dying Eldar.

The Dark Eldar are worried about Yvraine and her magic abilities because Pykers can bring the attentions of Slaanesh to the City of Commorragh!

The Visarch helps her escape Commorragh, as he knows who Yvraine is.

The Visarch has a Incubi, Harlequin, Eldar appearance about him, wearing traditional Eldar armor. A lot of Incubi follow him.

A split in infinite matrix causes the fracture in Biel-Tan which results in the birth of the Avatar of Yneead, constructed of all Eldar souls in the space that was at the center of Biel-Tan.

A lot of witches and Incubi follow Yvraine as she is Druchii.

This book happens at the same time as gathering storm, takes the Eldar story to the same point in time as the Fall of Cadia.

It’s going to contain rules for the 3 main characters, as well as rules for making an army that follows the God of the Dead.

You lose previous special army rules but gain a new special rule: Your Eldar units are fueled by death. When an Eldar unit dies, their souls enter nearby Eldar living units. Your living units become more powerful.

The Ynarri is a new race.

Black Guardians are back. They carry close combat weapons and shuriken pistols.

They were assault versions of Guardians

Aeldari forces

Well that certainly explains few things! We now have a clearer picture from those formations that broke. This seems to be a new subfaction of Eldar forming, the Ynarri, and they look like they are going to have a mix of Dark Eldar and Eldar from all over the place. We also now know why it’s called “Fracture of Biel-Tan” and the Infinity Circuit sounds like it has a malfunction.

Again, it’s important that it’s Biel-Tan’s craftworld that had the issue because, as we mentioned in the theory thread and in the lore article a few days ago, Biel-Tan hosts the Chamber of Heroes:

via Lexicanum

“At the centre of Biel-tan is the Chamber of Heroes where the spirit stones of dead Aspect Warriors are placed. Farseers often come to this room to consult the dead on courses of action.”
