40K: 8th Edition Starter Set Sprues Unveiled

The Warhammer 40,000 8th Edition Starter Set Sprues have been making the rounds – come take a look at what’s coming your way!

Get ready for the Warhammer 40,000: Dark Imperium start box to head your way soon. How soon? We’re guessing VERY soon (Pre-orders start June 3rd, Warhammer 40k 8th ships June 17th).  But that means the boxes are already printed, packed and ready for distribution (probably). What we do know for sure is that the sprues were on hand at Warhammer Fest 2017 and Community Hero Garro was on hand to take some pictures of the starter box plastic sprues:

Some eagle-eyed readers have also noted that a few of the bits have been clipped out. Is Games Workshop trying to keep a few more surprises in-store for us? Did the models magically fall off the sprues? Maybe Duncan swiped some for a painting demo! Who knows (besides GW). In the meantime, let’s compare with the other pictures we’ve seen:
