Nagash and the Undead have arrived and they brought a new normal to the Mortal Realms!

The Legions of Nagash have brought the Grand Alliance Death up-to-par with the rest of the factions in terms of allegiances and options. They were formidable before and now they are ready to bring Death to the rest of the Mortal Realms:

With this past weekends releases, Death has taken front and center in Age of Sigmar. Every faction got their harbingers and we’ve talked quite a bit about each of those models already. In Malign Portents, they also have extra rules for extended campaign play also. But really, if you’re a Death player then you should be thrilled most of all!

Keldrake Awaits…

In your new battletome, you get two new units to really take the field with – the Bloodseeker Palanquin and Prince Vhordrai. On top of that you’ll also get 6 total allegiances, each with 6 Command Traits, 6 Artefacts, 2 Schools of Lore, and a couple unique abilities to boot.

I’ll take any excuse to see this model on the tabletop – Nagash is one of my all-time favorite kits from Games Workshop. And yes, he’s still a complete beat stick!

Also released this week were the Warscrolls for the Legion of Nagash. These are the oversized warscroll cards that we’ve seen released for other factions. If you prefer the physical cards, these are great for keeping out and nearby. Plus the pack comes with punch-out tokens you can use to mark spells and effects which can be pretty handy reminders as well:

Warscroll Cards: Legions of Nagash $25

Battletome: Legions of Nagash $40

Now, you can find the rules for all the units online from GW, or via the AoS app. Heck, you could even make your own – or you can just buy these cards and save yourself the time and effort – and they have some cool art on the back too.

The Malign Portents Drop

The other set of items GW dropped in stores this week was all the Malign Portent goodies. As mentioned above we’ve covered each of them before but we’re going to include links just for completeness:

Malign Portents $25

Keldrek: Knight of Shrouds $35

Fungoid Cave-Shaman Snazzgar Stinkmullett $35

Lord-Ordinator Vorrus Starstrike $35

Darkoath Warqueen Marakarr Blood-sky $35

All these are in stores now – so if you want to dive in to the new Mortal Realms and face Death head-on, now is your chance!
