The Necron Codex is our hands and we’re going over all the datasheets to see what’s new and different:

Overall it’s a good book. We’re really looking forward to what the community makes of it and how they plan on mixing it up with the Necrons. Expect to see C’tans make a comeback in a BIG way. Triarch Stalkers are still really good (but double check those keywords) and the Doomsday Ark is pretty great too. One other unit that we think has improved quite a bit is the Destroyer – it’s cheaper and it’s weapons are better which makes them a serious threat with the new codex. We’ll have more on this book later and we’re featuring it all next week on our Twitch Channel so pop on by to see it in action.

Codex Necrons

For sixty million years the Necrons have slumbered, their tomb worlds filled with dormant armies and inactive war machines. Now they are awakening as if from half-remembered nightmares, and the galaxy shudders at their return. From vast crypt-fortresses, burnished legions emerge into the dying light of the 41st Millennium, a steel sea rippling beneath the crackling energy discharge of esoteric battle engines. Swarming metal Scarabs, talon-limbed horrors and spectral assassins accompany them, their alien minds focused on a single purpose – to reclaim the stars.

Are you ready for the return of the Ancient Evil!?
