The mightiest servants of Slaanesh are having a hard time out there in the Grimdark – based on GW’s latest sneak peek.

We all love a good Slaaneshi model – it’s just been a really long time since we’ve seen any. But Age of Sigmar 2nd edition is just around the corner, and we’ve already seen some activity and teasers telling us the Dark Prince is stirring.

We’ve gotten word of his imprisonment and it’s location…

We found out that his hidden location is being given away slowly by the treachery of Morathi (of course).

We have had little rumor bubbles of an Emperor’s Children release around the new year…

Then on queue, we get this painting from Codex Imperial Knights just out:

And yes – that is a flat as a pancake Keeper of Secrets down there… (pssst…under the Knight’s foot)

Looking closely you can see the head, the crab claw on the right, the “kinda human” hand on the left, and some daemonettes at the same distance on the far left fo scale. Of course it’s artwork, but it’s the first new KoS I’ve seen in a while and the overall scale is right on the money compared to the other 3 major daemon models.  It’s also apparently the perfect target for the Valiant’s Thundercoil Harpoon.  OUCH!

~You know what they say – “Where there’s (naughty) smoke…there’s fire (and Slaanesh)”
