‘Ere we go! In this episode, Adam is joined by one of his idols, professional cyclist Ryan Trebon to discuss doping and bad decisions as they try to answer the question: Does what we do describe who we are?
I invited Ryan Trebon, a recently retired cyclist, one of the most accomplished American mountain bike and cycle-cross racers of all time. He and I have been in touch for a few years now, usually trying to find ways to work together through KindHuman Bicycles and the conversations are always compelling for me because Ryan is so open and honest and very light hearted in his approach. So when we were done discussing bikes and events, I asked him to stick around because I thought he could help me to unpack a few things that have been on my mind and maybe try to find an answer to an age old question: “How much of our actions, describe our identity.”
