40K: Meet The Racers Of Speed Freeks – Part II

Warhammer 40K

The vehicles of Speed Freeks are the pinnacle of Orkgenuity, but it takes a special kind of Ork to get behind the wheel of one of these cobbled together masses of Orkspower and Dakka, and today we’re going to introduce you to three of them.

The Kustom Boosta-Blasta is a perfect blend of Ork and Machine. Every single member of the Boosta-Blasta’s crew is an industrial-strength Cybork, which is fitting because most of these Orks used to be construction workers.

Deffrod is the name of this vehicle, which is fitting–you wouldn’t know it to look at it, but apparently the Ork gunner is cyborknetically linked to the turret.

The Megatrakk Scrapjet featured in Speed Freeks is piloted by the legendary Fly Boy, Drokk da Rokkit, whose downed dakkajet, the Shiny Bullit was converted into the first Scrapjet.

The Shiny Bullit flies once more, with the best named Grot of all time, da Murda Mite.

The Shokkjump Dragsta is the pride and joy of Boss Shokk, who has built the Shokkjump Dragsta with its kustom Shokk Attack Gun and special Shokk Tunnel engine capable of getting it through whatever obstacles stand in its way.

The Shokkjump Dragsta is a beacon of power wherever it goes, and one day it might take the Orks to a place where they don’t need roads.

Which is anywhere, really. Look at these vehicles, they’re built to drive over pretty much anything in their way. We’ll have more on these new vehicles as they come out–and piloted by these Orks full of vim and vigor, they’re bound to come crashing through to your tabletop soon enough.
