AoS: Gotrek & New Ogor Tyrant Spotted – Plus More Terrain

Games Workshop is showing off the legendary slayer himself plus a new Ogor Tyrant along with more terrain kits for Warcry/AoS!

The Warhammer Age of Sigmar Open Day 2019 is going strong with tons of new stuff getting shown. We’ve got a Gotrek sighting as well as some more new kits heading your way soon. And what does that mean for the rest of the Mortal Realms? Let’s take a look and find out!

Gotrek Sighting

“We’ve finally had a look at Gotrek Gurnnisson in the wild! This legendary duardin Slayer has been spotted at the Open Day – presumably hunting for Thanquol.”

That is QUITE the scenic base for the Legendary Slayer. Here’s a closer look at just his model:

This one is dripping with details and it’s great to see that Gotrek is still on his campaign of slaughter – for goodness! When can we expect this model? Will it be for a special release only? No clue – But if you’re a fan of ol’Gotrek, the fact that he’s popped up at Warhammer AoS Open 2019 as a fully painted model is a pretty good sign that his arrival is imminent.

Ogor Tyrant

GW also showed off a Brand New Ogor Tyrant joining the range. This guy looks kind of ticked off…I would not want to make him any more upset!

We also got a short video re-introducing the Ogor Tyrant, too:

“The pact of bones is broken. Let the FEAST of BONES begin! ” Well that doesn’t sound good for the rest of the Mortal Realms.  However, that sounds AWESOME for the Destruction fans! Honestly, it’s about time they got some news about their Grand Alliance – it’s been a LONG time but it seems your patience is being rewarded. Does this mean a new Ogor Battletome is coming after the next two? We shall see…

More Terrain Kits

Warcry is getting another set of Terrain for you to fight over – and it’s only just gone up for pre-order this weekend. The Ravaged Lands Shattered Stormvaults set looks like it will be another way for folks to get their hands on the Stormvault Terrain that was released earlier this year. It’s a great set of terrain and it’s perfect for your games of AoS or your future games of Warcry!
