Adventure Paths have been a huge part of what Pathfinder is–so come celebrate the new edition with the first volume of a new adventure path!

2nd Edition Pathfinder is the Age of Lost Omens. And in the Age of Lost Omens you’ll find an adventure path titled the Age of Ashes. Which is a lot of different ages to be juggling at once, but Paizo is back at what they do best. And the Age of Ashes is suitably dire, with adventurers in their baby 1st-4th level steps catching wind of something apocalyptic growing in the background.

This should be familiar to every Pathfinder Player who has made their way through one of the sprawling campaigns that span the levels from baby-tier adventures where you’re lucky if the goblins don’t kill you, to high-fantasy superheroes (basically) who punch dragons, gods, dragon gods, and all kinds of other weird villains. Who knows what secret lurks at the heart of the Age of Ashes. Whatever it is, the seeds of destruction are sown, the Age of Ashes is upon us, and the harvest begins with Hellknight Hill.

Pathfinder Adventure Path #145: Hellknight Hill – $24.99

Dawn of a New Age

Fires burn atop the ruined citadel on Hellknight Hill, sending plumes of red smoke into the air that could be a call for help. Within the old keep, strange invaders from a distant land, mysterious long-lost ruins, and the machinations of a shadowy organization await discovery. Something dire is building toward an apocalyptic event, and it falls to your characters to stop the end before it begins. The Age of Ashes Adventure Path begins with “Hellknight Hill”—a complete adventure for 1st- to 4th-level characters.

If you’re wondering, the APs are still numbered, it’s just only on the spine of the book now. Happy Adventuring!
