First things first, let’s get to that table of contents. Here’s everything you’ll find in the book:

The Corpse Grinder Cult is the center of the new book, launching a massive uprising to try and overthrow the yoke of Imperial control–which could be good, until you realize that they serve someone called the Lord of Skin and Sinew, and there’s absolutely no way that ends well for anyone. But the where there’s one cult, there are a dozen more. In addition to the Corpse Grinders, you can also run a Helot Chaos Cult or a Genestealer Cult using the rules in the book. And they each get their own benefits. The Helots can perform a Dark Ritual which might give you one of the following, depending on the Ruinous Power you follow:

And if you’re running Genestealer Cults, you can give your house fighters special brood blessings as the Patriarch claims your ultimate loyalty:

Both of these give you some powerful new abilities to layer on to your existing battles. You’ll also find 18 new scenarios, each one working as a part of the Dark Uprising that is the book’s main campaign, but you can also run them solo if you like. There are multiplayer scenarios, including one that pits multiple gangs against crazed cannibals.

But even better than that, you’ll find a cool new variant campaign in the book that puts you fighting for control of a post-apocalyptic Necromunda, with gangs scavenging for debris amid what has now become a wasteland.
