Fantasy Flight Games has announced the 5th Mythos Pack for the Dream-Eaters Cycle – Prepare to go Where The Gods Dwell!
Your Investigator’s journey through the Dreamlands has taken you to some very distant shores but you’ve always been in search of one place in particular. The search of unknown Kadath draws close and your destination is in reach. Now you must explore where the gods dwell.
Where the Gods Dwell is Scenario 4–A of The Dream-Quest campaign which follows the brave investigators who first journeyed into the Dreamlands in search of evidence proving the world’s existence back in The Dream-Eaters deluxe expansion. This scenario can be played on its own in Standalone Mode or combined with the other expansions in The Dream- Eaters cycle to form larger four-part or eight-part campaign.
The next leg of the journey has your investigators exploring the barren and icy wastes of Leng. While the scenery is stunning there is something else in the wastesland and it’s gnawing at your mind. Are you the one in control of your fate or is some ancient being pulling your strings?
Your enemy in this scenario is the Ancient One known as Nyarlathotep. But this isn’t a straight-up fight. You’re going to have to figure out a way to get this slippery foe to face you. There are multiple versions of Nyarlathotep that might invade your deck and if you utter his name, your investigator is driven insane:
