I hope you like Ironsunz because the Orruks are getting some new Battalions in this month’s White Dwarf!

In White Dwarf 451, Da Ironsunz are back with some brand new Battalions. Boss Dakkbad Grotkicker has his crew and they are looking mean and spicy!

Moggorz’s Rekrootin’ Krew

This one is an 18″ bubble of ignoring Battleshock Tests. Pretty straight forward and you can make a good chunk of your army fall under this Battalion. This one will run you 150 points in Matched Play.

Da Bossfist

This one is Dakkkbad’s personal wrecking ball of pain. He generates an extra command point in the hero phase on a 4+ and must come with the Right Fist of Dakkbad command trait. Seems fitting. Oh, and everything in this battalion gets +1 attack! All for the low, low price of 220 points (okay, it’s not THAT low).

Dakkbad’s Brawl

Here’s the Uber Battalion. It requires both the other Battalions – but at least army building will be a breeze. What it will net you is a second option to use the Ironjawz Waaagh! Command Ability. That’s going to run you 120 points – but if you can manage to squeeze that in, an extra Waaagh! is pretty potent. Unfortunately, you won’t be squeezing that in a game of less than 2000 points. It’s almost like GW wants these to be used in larger games only. I wonder why…
