These models will break the piggy bank to purchase them but they are some of our favorite. Hide your wallet and check these out!

Forge World is expensive – there is no other way to put it. Some of these kits are the most expensive GW has ever produced. For many gamers getting one of these kits would be a dream come true. If you want to own one you better start saving your pennies because these will definitely break your piggy bank! They might not (all) be the most expensive but they will each eat your hobby budget. These are our 5 favorite Piggy Bank Busters from Forge World!

Acastus Knight Porphyrion $535

Clocking in at $535 – it’s no lightweight! We like this kit a lot as it sits somewhere between a Knight and a full blown Titan – like a Warhound but smaller. Heavily armed and armored it can swing way above its weight class and that’s one reason we like it!

Tyranid Hierophant Bio-Titan $440

One of the Bio-Titans of the Tyranids, the Hierophant is capable of going toe-to-toe (or maybe claw-to-toe) with other “Titan” class things in the game. It can pump out the damage on the tabletop and at “only” $440, it’s lithe form is also light(er) on your bank-roll than other things on this list. It’s an oldie but goodie!

Sokar pattern Stormbird $1260

You could put a downpayment on a cheap used car OR you could own this fanastic hunk of resin that is the Sokar pattern Stormbird. We love the look of this one. It’s bulkier than the Thunderhawk and packs one heck of a punch. We dig it and would happily welcome one into our collections if our wallet would stop crying in the corner.

Phantom Titan (Body) $665

JUST the body of this kit will run you $665 – if you want the arm weapons, that’s an extra $97 for either the Distortion Cannon or the Pulsar. That said, we love this kit, too! It’s Aeldari elegance mixed with a *touch* of Slaaneshi excess – at least in the wallet department. But hey, at least you can buy it in installments: Body first, then one arm, and then the last arm.

Warlord Titan Bundle $1930

Oh C’mon – you didn’t think we were going to leave this one off the list, did you? The Warlord Titan is an awe inspiring piggy bank breaker of the highest order. Heck, you could probably BUY a used car for the price of this thing. That said, it’s a truly impressive sight on the tabletop and it WILL change your Apocalypse games. It can also scare small dogs but will topple if a toddler tries to “hug” it – hey, we’ve all heard stories.

Bonus: Mastadon Heavy Assault Transport $505

This one’s a bonus and mostly to taunt Abe. Save your pennies cause that’s the only way you’re gonna get one of these.
