Next week from GW: Necrons continue their glow-up, while the Primaris Marines get the Bunker from StarCraft.

It is an avalanche of awakening Necron forces this week as new models roll out for pre-order. The Necron bid for dominion seems to be escalating, with each new unit bigger and more deadly than the last–new Monolith, new Void Dragon Shards and more await.

First up, the new Ophydian Destroyers come snaking their way out of the depths with some of the Necron’s deadliest new (or old, depending on how you look at it) weapons.

These destroyers have undergone extensive modification to improve both their speed and their killing power with claws and blades helping them get up close and personal as they deal with organic life the only way they know how.

But there’s more to dominion than killing power, and the Necrons are all about dominion. Their new Convergence of Dominion allows warriors to benefit from Command Protocols even when far afield, and a Cryptek can send them around the battlefield instantly, ensuring that their dominion is whatever they need it to be.

But the new Necron Monolith adds even more dominion to their toolkit. Bigger and badder than ever–to the point where it’s now considered a Lord of War choice–the new Monolith is a force to be reckoned with.

But for sheer power, though, you can’t get better than the Shards of the C’tan–using the stuff of a literal star god, the Necron unleash utter devastation. And the Shatd of the Void Dragon is the biggest, most imposing C’tan yet.

Of course, it’s not all Necron mewness this week. The Primaris Marines are getting the bunker from StarCraft.

I mean, technically it’s the Hammerfall Bunker, and it’s a powerful area denial weapon that will protect their forces and all that. But look at it. Straight out of SC2 baybee.

And finally you can get your hands on the new Techmarine, this time Primarisized.

All this, next week!
