Change is coming to the Age of Sigmar. Broken Realms, the next big shakeup to AoS is coming, along with a new boxed set with new minis!

Get ready for the next big storyline shakeup in the Mortal Realms, with the upcoming release of Broken Realms, the newest narrative expansion along the lines of Malign Portents. The Broken Realms saga promises to “change the status quo for every faction,” starting with the Daughters of Khaine in its first book, Broken Realms: Morathi.

The Shadow Queen has long plotted to attain true godhood, and she’s finally seizing her chance. Anyone who stands in her way will suffer… as you’ll see in the epic story that weaves together the Daughters of Khaine, Idoneth Deepkin, Slaves to Darkness, Stormcast Eternals, and Cities of Sigmar in a tale that promises to alter the balance of power in the Mortal Realms.

Alongside the release of the new book are four new boxed sets, each of which will let you recreate a warscroll battalion from the new book. They’re a mirror of the new combat patrol boxes, which kinda fits with the idea that GW has replaced their old Start Collecting Boxes paradigm.

You can see the four boxes above. But that’s not the only new boxed set out for pre-order this coming weekend. Shadow & Pain is a battlebox that pits the Daughters of Khaine against the Hedonites of Slaanesh, and leading these forces are two brand-new miniatures:

The Melusai Ironscale, and the Slaaneshi Lord of Pain. They’re leading the rest of the forces below.

Of course there’s more than just new Age of Sigmar releases this weekend. Space Marine Heroes series 3 arrives, bringing with it new Deathguard sculpts in the blind-pick series.

All this, next week!
