Star Wars: Legion – Specialist Packs Delayed Until March
The US release dates for the Star Wars: Legion Separatists and Republic Specialist Packs have been delayed until March.
In a tweet from last late yesterday, Atomic Mass Games confirmed that the Star Wars: Legion Separatists and Republic Specialist Packs were going to be delayed in the US due to an issue with the US Rail System. They are still coming out, just slightly later than expected. The rest of the world will still have their release date remain February 19th.
Unfortunately, due to delays within the US rail system, the Republic and Separatist Specialist Packs will now release in the USA in early March. The two new Specialist Packs in question are these:
Republic Specialists Personnel Expansions $27.95

The four droids you find in this expansion expand the capabilities of your Separatist armies, allowing you to further customize units with the personnel slot. Additionally, a T-Series Tactical Droid can lead an individual unit or your whole army, providing even more versatility. These tactical droids are further bolstered by three command cards that give them–or any Separatist commander–access to devastating new strategies. ”
It is an unfortunate delay but at least Atomic Mass Games let folks know about it. The tweet did not specify what what the cause of the delay other than an issue with the US Rail System. Hopefully whatever the delay is gets sorted out and we’ll get these packs the first week of March.
You could say the Star Wars: Legion release got derailed for a bit.
