Star Wars: Hungry Hungry Grogu Wants All the Snacks

3 Minute Read
Mar 23 2021

The Child is always hungry – soup, squid, frog eggs, macrons, you name it he wants it. This new anamatronic toy makes you very aware of this fact.

via Hasbro:

The newest Baby Yoda merch is ready to do what The Child does best—eat. This animatronic collectible features sounds, motions, and interactive accessories. Grogu will taste all of the accompanying extras you can put in his hands. He’ll then let you know if he likes it or not with an appropriate noise. That includes a blue space macaron, a big ol’ bowl of squid with the tentacles hanging over the ledge, a spoon, and the tiny silver ball from Din’s ship that Baby Yoda loves.

But that’s not all this toy will do. Grogu will let you know when he wants you to pick him up. He’ll reach up to you with both of his little arms. And thanks to his “Force activation,” he will also perform a “two-handed Force move” inspired by The Mandalorian‘s second season. He comes with “series-inspired sound effects, a premium soft goods robe, moving head, ears, arms, and blinking eyes.”

You can pre-order Galactic Snackin’ Grogu now from $79.99 from Hasbro Pulse, Amazon, Walmart, shopDisney, and Target. It will be available and on shelves this fall.

There’s been a deluge of Grogu toys of all scales and materials since the character debuted in 2019. He has become the Star Wars mascot due to his cuteness. Some of my hard to resist favorites are the adorable2.2″ scale bounty collection, and these  life and huggable sized versions.
