We’re heading into Day 3 of Warhammer Fest 2021 and we’ve already seen some pretty bonkers releases. But these craziest ones so far!

Two days down and we’ve had some earth shattering reveals for Age of Sigmar and some High Lords of Terra action from 40k. This Warhammer Fest 2021 is shaping up to be one for the ages and we’re looking forward to the rest of the online showcase from Games Workshop. There’s still plenty of days to tune in for but we wanted to take a quick look back at some of the big reveals we’ve seen over the last two days.

Day 1 – Age of Sigmar

Kragnos

Not only did we finally learn who Kragnos is, we also got a better look at the model and wow! This Centaur-beast man is HUGE and looks to be quite an intimidating figure in the lore. Sealed away under a mountain for eons, he’s back and ready for rumble. Pretty sure he’s got a bone to pick with Lord Kroak, too. He’s also going to be a big addition to the Destruction faction who is capable of joining all of the different factions and looks to possibly be a way to run the different armies together as a single army list. We’ll have to wait and see how that plays out.

We also got a quick look at some of his rules and he’s looking pretty solid thus far! That shield is going to allow him to bypass magic!

Lauka Vai, The Mother of Nightmares /  Vengorian Lord

Just when you thought the Soulblight Vampires were done, Games Workshop dropped a bunch of new crazy models on us all. Lauka Vai and the Vengorian Lord are two new vampire lord options. They are a dual kit and they look pretty bonkers! Made of nightmare fuel and bad dreams, they are a new Leader option for the upcoming vampire book. They look quite beastly and we’re excited to find out they are going to do on the tabletop.

Radukar the Beast

Guess who’s back! Radukar is no longer “the wolf” from Cursed City, meet the BEAST! He’s not just a Vampire Ogor now, he’s much more. Leaning into the more wolf-like aspects of the Vampires, Radukar is back and he’s bringing some friends along for the ride. And he’s not the only Wolf-Vampire running around either.

Belladamma Volga, First of the Vyrkos

Belladamma Volga is a vampire ancient and a powerful wizard as well. She’s the matriarch of the vampire bloodline of Vyrkos and another new addition to the Gravelords. Get ready for more wolves to show up when she’s on the tabletop!

Day 2 – Warhammer 40,000

Morvenn Vahl, Abbess Sanctorum of the Adepta Sororitas

Hailing from her seat as a High Lord of Terra, she’s decided that heading out on Crusade is a better use of her time than pushing papers behind a bureaucratic desk somewhere on Terra. In a super-charged Paragon Warsuit, she’s ready to lead the Adepta Sororitas in the fight against the enemies of mankind. Packing a host of fancy weapons, she’ be said to be on par with Guilliman in terms of support and is very much capable of going toe-to-toe with the forces of chaos. Vahl is all in and she’s packing the firepower to lead from the front!

Codex Adepta Sororitas

With all the Sister’s models that were being shown off we had been wondering how they would get their rules out. Would it be in a new Campaign/War Zone book? Or a codex? Well, it’s a codex! This reveal was maybe less crazy and more “crazy not to see it” in that regard. But it’s on the way and at least we know what’s next on deck after Adeptus Mechanicus.

Now, you might also be thinking that the 40k list is short compared to the AoS side. Just remember that 40k is getting a second day of reveals this week! So we’re sure that’s about to get even longer later on.

That’s our list – what reveals did you find to be crazy in the first two days of Warhammer Fest 2021?
