Do you need a life-sized replica of the skull-topped Wand of Orcus, Demon Lord of the Undead? Do you even have to ask? Pre-order today.

Orcus’ Wand is a powerful artifact in Dungeons & Dragons. Originally wielded by the Demon Lord of Undeath, it has been sought after by necromancers, powerful evil spellcasters, and tyrants of all shapes and sizes. And sure, it always seems to end up back in its master’s hands, but… if you pre-order from WizKids, it can be yours. For a while at least.

That’s right, you can get a life-sized replica of the legendary evil artifact. It probably won’t try to corrupt you and whisper nihilistic secrets into your mind to get you to serve Orcus.

Life-Sized Wand Of Orcus – $149.99

Life-sized replica of the infamous skull-topped scepter wielded by Orcus, Demon Lord of the Undead. ~30″ in overall length the Wand includes a sturdy wall-mounted display.

This thing is huge. And, according to the Dungeon Master’s Guide, shares the demon lord’s aim to snuff out the lives of all living things and bind the Material Plane in the stasis of undeath. While the original Wand of Orcus was made from bones as hard as iron and topped with a magically enlarged skull that once belonged to a human hero slain by Orcus, this replica is made out of less… evil materials.

It presumably also doesn’t cause plants to wither, drinks to spoil, flesh to rots, or vermin to thrive in its presence. It might grant you a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls, as well as a +3 bonus to your armor class while wielding it though.

The jury’s still out on the Wand’s primary power, which is either granting powerful necromantic spells, or being able to instantly conjure forth 500 hit points worth of skeletons and zombies. Whatever your favorite power is, you can now have an incredible artifact to thunk down the next time your players decide they want to raid an evil wizard’s lair.

Happy Adventuring!
