WandaVision and The Mandalorian both have over 20 nominations apiece across acting, writing, and tech categories.

The Crown and The Mandalorian lead in nominations with 24 each followed by WandaVision with 23 (including nods for the lead actors and the writers). There’s been some remarkable, boundary-pushing television this year. We’ll see if the academies decide to veer off the path of traditional, safe dramas this year and lend favor to something more dangerous. Like comic books or sci-fi or horror.
