League of Legends World Championship Finals

The League of Legends World Championship Finals will start on Saturday the 6th at 7:30 PM Central Time. EDward Gaming will take on defending champion DAMWON Gaming. Fans can watch live and globally on the Riot Twitch channel.

But if watching Esports isn’t your thing, there’s music, too. The festivities will include musical performances by Imagine Dragons, PVRIS, Bea Miller, JID, and Denzel Curry who have also contributed to the Arcane soundtrack.

There will also be Arcane-themed updates to all of Riot’s titles including League of Legends, VALORANT, Wild Rift, Teamfight Tactics, and Legends of Runeterra. And there will be a crossover between League of Legends and Fortnight!

Fortnight players will be able to buy Jinx skins, sprays, loading screens, lobby track, and more. Of course, the game is known for its high-profile crossovers. In fact, there’s a Naruto event expected to be right around the corner.

Arcane: Act One Premieres on Netflix

Arcane will follow the League champions Jinx and Vi and act as backstory and lore for these popular characters. The main settings for the show will be the utopian Plitover and much less inviting and much more oppressed  Zaun.

Before they became enemies and rivals, Jinx and Vi will begin their paths as criminals in Zaun. The two end up at odds as Jinx commits to a life of crime while Vi becomes an enforcer.

The voice cast includes Ella Purnell (Army of the Dead) as Jinx, and Hailee Steinfeld (Hawkeye) as Vi. Kevin Alejandro (Arrow), Katie Leung (Harry Potter), Jason Spisak (Young Justice), and Toks Olagundoye (Castlevania) will also have roles in the show.

Netflix’s Arcane

Every legend has a beginning. From the creators of League of Legends comes a new animated series, Arcane, which follows the origins of two iconic champions and a city on the brink of war. Amid the stark discord of twin cities Piltover and Zaun, two sisters fight on rival sides of a war between magic technologies and clashing convictions.
