LEGO: SpongeBob SquarePants is Ready To Join the IDEAS 10K Club
SpongeBob and the residents of Bikini Bottom have joined the LEGO 10K Club with a fan-created Krusty Krab set.
The Krusty Krab
This brick-built version of the popular restaurant features two floors, one housing the dining room with tables and a menu board, and the kitchen, complete with everything needed to create as many different patties as desired. It also features Mr. Krabs’ office and second-story storage. The set has 2,163 pieces, a buildable Patty Wagon, and eight minifigs.
This set has joined the 10K club and is awaiting the LEGO IDEAS team’s final decision.

LEGO SpongeBob SquarePants – Under the Sea
This LEGO SpongeBob set has 1,919 pieces and is full of references to the beloved series set under the sea. The set has three houses: Spongebob’s (living room and bedroom), Squidward’s (living room, bedroom, art room), and Patrick’s (living room). It includes seven minifigs: SpongeBob, Patrick, Squidward, Gary, a jellyfish, Mermaid Man, and Barnacle Boy. You can also build the Patty Wagon and Spongebob’s Bubbles stand.
All of the buildings have interiors – make sure you go to the project page to check them out and vote! It’s passed the halfway mark with over 5k supporters.
LEGO BrickHeadz SpongeBob and Friends
Grow your BrickHeadz collection with this set that includes four of the show’s stars:
- SpongeBob SquarePants with his net, spatula, and chef’s hat
- Gary, his loyal snail
- Patrick, who supposedly has an empty head
- Squidward, never seen without his clarinet and his signature grumpy expression
Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy’s Invisible Boat Mobile
Join the semi-retired superheroes as they look for adventure. A determined Mermaid Man, aka Ernie, steers the invisible craft. His sidekick, Barnacle Boy (aka Tim) sits in the passenger seat. The set captures the pair down to Ernie’s pink slippers.
SpongeBob Squidward & Patrick’s Houses
This 1,800 piece set takes cues from LEGO’s art series and can be displayed on a stand or hung on a wall. Creator RegosMan217 took the time to ensure the set was just right.
The canvas is brought to life with the use of layering and a variety of different techniques to achieve a subtle 3D texture, featuring the three iconic houses from the SpongeBob SquarePants TV show – Patrick’s rock, Squidward’s blue moai statue, and SpongeBob’s pineapple. The background showcases a blue gradient, complemented by four large, colorful flowers reminiscent of those often seen in the show’s backdrop. This piece also uses a variety of different colors to resemble highlights and shadows. An interesting technique that I would like to highlight is my use of recolored pretzels to resemble the small flowers lining the outside of SpongeBob’s pineapple.
