LEGO: Beam Onto The Star Trek U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701-D – It’s Finally Here!
After years of rumors and hopes, the first LEGO x Star Trek collab is finally here. Check out the brick-built LEGO Enterprise!
Star Trek has partnered with numerous toy and collectible companies over its nearly 60 years – action figures, models of starships, Christmas tree ornaments, a fluffy tribble that make happy sounds. My personal favorites are the enormous Playmobil Enterprise and Bird of Prey models. Lots of options for fans to connect with the final frontier. Save one.
Now, after years of fans asking for a LEGO collab – and over a year of rumors and speculation – the company has announced a the first set. They put out a teaser last month starring Jean-Luc Picard. (There’s also a Klingon clue in there, but we’ll have to wait some more to see that pan out.)
Jonathan Frakes said of the new set, “As Commander Riker, I spent a lot of time on the bridge of the Enterprise, and now fans can take the helm themselves… in LEGO brick form!” He’ll be participating in a live stream at 12:15 Eastern – tune in, there will be a chance to win a signed set!
LEGO Enterprise
Discover the U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701-D in a whole new way with this brick-built version. This two-foot-long ship’s command saucer detaches; it has a secondary hull and warp nacelles with clear red and blue details. It also has a shuttlebay that opens and houses two minishuttle pods. I will say I’m a little disappointed that this has so many studs showing on the saucer, but you can’t get everything you want.

The crew is included: Captain Jean-Luc Picard, Commander William Riker, Lieutenant Worf, Lieutenant Commander Data, Dr. Beverly Crusher, Lieutenant Commander Geordi La Forge, Counsellor Deanna Troi, Bartender Guinan, and Wesley Crusher. They all come with show-inspired accessories – Picard has a teacup, Riker has a trombone, and Data comes with Spot.

If you snag this between November 28th and December 1st , you’ll get a Star Trek: Type-15 Shuttlepod as a gift with purchase (while supplies last). The exterior features the vehicle name, Onizuka, and has opening wing doors and a rear hatch. Inside, you’ll find an LCARS system display with the Stardate 45076.3 and a schematic of a Romulan spacecraft. It even comes with an Ensign Ro Laren minifigure.

The ship comes with a brick-built stand for easy and stable display, as well as an info plaque and minifig display tile with the Star Trek: The Next Generation logo.
