Your game probably has a whole bunch of terrible monsters waiting to surprise your players. So surprise them with your own monster minis!

I love a well placed monster mini in an RPG. Having an idea of how big and how far away a creature is will always help me, as a player, with strategy. But almost more importantly, a physical item sitting on the table to represent the creature your fighting only makes the battle more immersive.

Behold! Beholders!

Starting with a classic, this pack will let you print a small army of unique beholders. Do you have a favorite one you’d like to send after your players? Will they encounter a few over the course of a couple of sessions and you want to keep them district and separate? Or will your adventurers encounter three beholders at once, each with a different personality and part in the comedy schtick? It’s up to you! But now you’ve got options.

Huge Four-Headed Dragon Queen

Pulling a gigantic monster “mini” out of a box under the table and dropping it on the table is never not funny. Or better, letting your players know that there is a big box in your car and whoever brings it in for you earns inspiration. This dragon comes in 25 hollow parts, so it will require quite a bit of assembly, but it will be gorgeous and fairly light-weight when it’s done. And it even has a handy-dandy castle ruin for size comparison.

Jungle Green PLA

You can go in one of two directions when it comes to printing minis and your PLA choices. Either pick something basic and easy to prime and paint over like a white or gray. Or pick colors that are pretty on their own. Like this mossy “jungle green.” This color says ‘monsters’ to me for no reason at all, and I love that it’s vibrant without being borderline radioactive. You know how some shades of green can get.

Myconids

Are these guys monsters, or are they just as likely to be helpful if you encounter them? That’s up to your GM. But either way, if they appear in your game they deserve a few minis to represent them! Myconids look a little gross and strange by default, and the design of these minis capture that beautifully.

Printer Storage Cart

I haven’t been as active with my 3D printing as I used to be when I did a lot of cosplay and built a lot of props. But when I did, do you know how I stored all of my filament? In plastic boxes. How could you see your filament? Was it organized at all? Did you even know what you had in there? No! It was a disaster! This storage rack would give you a moveable place to store your printer as well as 60 spools of filament. Or, maybe even many fewer spools than that, but all of the tools and extras you’d need to sand, finish, prime, and paint your brand new minis.

Purple Wurmby

It’s a giant worm! But it’s also a Furby! The Wurmby! I knew this was a winner because when my husband walked into my office and saw this window, he sighed deeply and left. Is that the exact reaction you want from your players who are expecting a serious battle? Or worse, will you give them a serious battle after the Wurmby erupts from the ground?!
