I’ve been hoping we’d get a better look at the contents of this one. Boy, oh boy, GW did NOT disappoint! If you’re a Nurgle fan. You’re going to love this set! But first, the Heroes…
The Heroes of Darkwater
Now, we’ve seen all four of those heroes before. But guess what…there’s MORE of them! I had a hunch. So let’s meet the new characters players can choose!
Overall, that seems like a pretty cool spread. I’m looking forward to learn more about these three other characters and what they are bringing to the tabletop. And also what they could be hinting at for future expansions…
Now, on to the baddies of the box with our first looks at the Antagonists of Darkwater!

Okay. I’m HYPED for this one! I really hope that GW just makes enough of these to go around. Gelgus Pust looks AMAZING and those Blight Templars NEED to be a unit.
New Map Book Reveal
The final big tease was for how you’ll be adventuring in the Jade Abbey. Turns out we’ll have a map booklet to play through. This is an excellent way to speed the setup of this game up. Everything looks hex based for the “Board” and this is a great way to just dive in. I can’t wait to take a closer look at this boxed set now!
