This week’s Kickstarter roundup includes ‘Dungeons of Drakkenheim: Daggerheart,’ ‘Ghost in the Shell Arise,’ and much more!

Ghost in the Shell Arise

If you’ve ever wanted to (temporarily) step into the world of Ghost of the Shell, this game will let you live in the near future cities and live all of those adventures. Play through the formation of a Security Section and its many ghosts.

The GHOST IN THE SHELL ARISE TTRPG is a role-playing game focusing on action, espionage and corporative corruption, based on the exciting and hyper-technological future described in the anime series originally inspired by The Ghost in the Shell, manga imagined by the creative mind of Shirow Masamune, then adapted into a world-famous anime series by the renowned studio Production I.G.

You have always dreamed of the amazing version of reality and cyberspaces highlighted in GHOST IN THE SHELL ARISE and other anime series? In this game, you will take the saga from its very beginning, and live through the formation of a Security Section (in parallel to the birth of legendary Section 9), as well as sort through the many ghosts that are inevitably a part of it.

Mystic Lands

You are a member of the Circle of Druids. In a newborn world you complete the tasks of Creation, balancing Nature’s Harmony, enriching the Land, and nurturing the wild creatures of field, forest, and stream.

As a druid, you’ll oversee the creation of nature, land, and all of the animals there. This is a lovely game with a peaceful setting and beautiful art that will make you feel like you’re making something for real.

Employee Disposal Program

Everyone should have a fast-paced party game on their shelf. And this one comes with a corporate setting that can either be very frustrating or very cathartic.

Employee Disposal Program is a strategic fast paced game about improvising (with a dashing theme of modern corporate misery, because where else do we all fake competence for eight hours a day?). Endless (and pointless) meetings, office jargon, and passive-aggressive emails are now your strongest weapons. Use them wisely.

Inspired by life’s most unfortunate, soul-crushing phenomena: corporate life.

P.T. Lamark’s Cryptid Codex: A Bestiary for 5E

I’m shocked that RPGs don’t incorporate more cryptids and folk monsters. We’re all familiar with the Mothman, and our characters should have a chance to know that harbinger of doom, too!

P.T. Lamark’s Cryptid Codex is a new 5e bestiary of American folklore, filled with cryptids from every U.S. state alongside famous legends like Bigfoot and Mothman. Inside you’ll find full stat blocks, regional lore, unique lairs, and story hooks designed to drop directly into your campaign.

Pioneer

With Pioneer you’re going into space and building the first moon base! You’ll need to make repairs, conduct rescues, and, of course do all of the necessary science that will further the human experience. For fans of sci-fi and space, this game needs to have a place on your game shelf.

Set 10–20 years from today’s world, the Pioneer tabletop RPG provides players with a grounded framework to explore the inner solar system.

You will be the first to build a Moon base, the first to mine an asteroid, and the first to walk on the surface of Mars. Closer to Earth, you will conduct rescues in Low Earth Orbit, launch or repair important satellites, and conduct scientific experiments that boost our understanding of the universe.

If you are an avid fan of films and TV like Gravity, The Martian, or For All Mankind, this is the RPG for you!

Dungeons of Drakkenheim: Daggerheart

Daggerheart is one of the biggest games on the market right now, and now you can play the Dungeons of Drakkenheim in that system. If you’re already a fan of one or the other, this game will bring new mechanics and monsters. And if you’re not, maybe it’s time to see what the hype is about.

Dungeons of Drakkenheim has already made its mark as an ENNIE Award–winning adventure, and now it’s taking on new life in an exciting, official collaboration with Darrington Press, The Dungeon Dudes, and Ghostfire Gaming.

Adapted to fit seamlessly with a ruleset built on collaborative storytelling, high-stakes choices, and rich character drama, this Daggerheart edition of Dungeons of Drakkenheim, makes every faction, intrigue, and horror of the original more dangerous and compelling than ever. New mechanics and adversaries also bring the threats of contamination, mutation and horrific anomalies to players in Drakkenheim or any Daggerheart setting.
