The Draugr That Nicked Yuletide
The Draugr hates Yuletide and you need to save the season from him! Don’t let him get all of Howlville’s presents. And if he does, maybe a festive tune and some hand-holding will save the day.
The Draugr was pleased to find the watchfires low and the city gates unguarded, as he and his piscine minions snuck into the village in the dead of the night on Mid-Winter’s Eve. Luckily for the invaders (but unlucky for any ships at sea), the bright beam of the village’s ever-present lighthouse was also out, and whether this was by design or happenstance, it was a boon to the Draugr’s invading army. For this darkness, combined with the thick blanket of recently fallen snow, shrouded all of Howlville in an eerie and unsettling silence, masking the invaders’ footfalls as they slunk around town, entering each home to pilfer their presents and steal their Yuletide joy!
