Dune: Ornithopter (10327)

Build the iconic dragon-fly inspired Ornithopter with this new set designed with grown-up builders in mind. The craft has functional blades that and retract with a 180-degree rotation. It also has foldable landing gear. The set includes eight of the key characters: Paul Atreides, Lady Jessica, Gurney Halleck, Chani, Leto Atreides, Liet Kynes, Duncan Idaho, and a floating Baron Harkonnen in a long, flowing robe.

I have this set in my collection – it’s a fun build and a great display piece. The blade connections are really solid and easy to move around.

Optimus Prime (10302) & Bumblebee (10338)

Two Transformers sets – in the same scale – are retiring this year.

Thanks to 19 points of articulation, the 1,508 piece Optimus Prime model transforms from robot to truck. You can open his chest chamber to store the Autobot Matrix of Leadership. Arm him with an ion blaster and Energon ax, and attach the included jetpack to him in robot mode. Bumblebee transforms into a Saturn yellow Volkswagen Beetle. The 950 piece Autobot has articulated joints, an ion blaster, and a jetpack.

The Endurance (10335)

The brick-built model captures the ship in all its glory with three masts, ten full sails, a flying red ensign flag, and intricate rigging. The multi-level deck is connected by stairs and has removable sections for access to port as well as the starboard cabins and the ship’s steam engine. It also features four detachable lifeboats, a chained bower anchor and a ship’s wheel that operates the rudder.

Lamborghini Countach 5000 Quattrovalvole (10337)

The elements can be easily arranged on the base to create the perfect look.

PAC-MAN Arcade (10323)

This detailed LEGO set recreates the arcade cabinet that mechanically plays the game with a turn of a handle. The replica of the classic arcade cabinet is full of retro details and fun features. It has a 4-way joystick and an illuminated coin slot. The game’s chase between Pac-Man and the ghosts is recreated with a mechanical maze. You can even open the back and display all the mechanisms.

The set also has a 1980s arcade scene to build and display alongside the cabinet. It has a gaming minifig and rotatable PAC-MAN, BLINKY, and CLYDE figures.
