Obviously there’s a ton of Halo Fans out there playing but it’s also just a really good miniatures skirmish/war game. Mantic did an awesome job of translating the video game to the tabletop in a way that really captures the fast-paced action of an FPS but in miniatures format. While your analog stick skills for shooting has been replaced by stats and dice rolling, the feel is still there. If you’re a Halo Fan, you just gotta try it. Then you’ll understand.
Anyhow, it’s been a big hit! So getting into it has been a challenge for some players. Not because it’s hard to learn but because it’s been hard to get your hands on a Starter!
