‘Warhammer 40K: Battlesector’ Unleashes The Black Legion In Upcoming DLC
Chaos is about to be unleashed upon the roiling combat of Warhammer 40K: Battlesector in a new DLC: Black Legion.
The Black Legion invades the turn-based tactics of Warhammer 40K: Battlesector in an upcoming DLC. Behold Chaos in all its gruesome glory – Chaos Lords, Sorcerers, Cultists, and more await within the ranks of the Black Legion. A whole new swath of units awaits. Let’s take a look!
Warhammer 40K Battlesector: The Black Legion – Chaos Arrives In Full Force
If you’ve never played Warhammer 40K: Battlesector, it comes pretty close to capturing the tabletop feel of Warhammer 40K. The story follows the Blood Angels as they fight to liberate Baal Secundus from a virulent infestation of Tyranids.
Or enjoy a freer rein with Skirmish mode. This is like a classic tabletop brawl. Pick a faction, build an army, and set them loose across the surface of Baal. Or you can battle for planetary supremacy in a sort of sandbox campaign for dominance.
And the new Black Legion DLC adds a bunch of new Chaos forces to the game:
“The Black Legion are the latest faction to invade Warhammer 40K: Battlesector. Fifteen new units bring the Warmaster’s wrath to the galaxy and devastation to all who stand in their way.”
That’s right, fifteen new toys to unleash the terror of Chaos, starting with the Chaos Lord, Sorcerer of Chaos, Master of Execution, and Cultist Firebrand, who all serve as Commanders for your army. If you want elites, your units inluce Chaos Terminators, Chosen, Havocs, and Obliterators.
They can all be supported by the heavy armor of a Helbrute, a Venomcrawler, the Forgefiend, or Chaos Rhinos. Riding in said Rhinos, you might find Chaos Legionaries, who are joined in the sky by Raptors, and shielded by the weak-willed bodies of Chaos Cultists. And for true terror, unleash a Heldrake.
