A Demonic Daggerheart Adventure, Fluffy Cows, Weretigers, And More On Kickstarter Now
This week’s Kickstarter roundup has us defending a village from Weretigers, exploring Paris, fighting it out as hummingbirds, and much more!
SHUG
SHUG is a little bit party-card game, a little bit dungeon crawler, and a lot of goofy fun. Players compete to get the Shug to the pub, or befriend a bunch of monsters and kill Charles the Cursed. And this game is full of some of the most unique and bizarre monsters and legends imaginable.
Spring has sprung and times were plentiful and the good folk roamed freely on the common land. And the land was common to all, even the monsters, which occasionally harassed the good folk. But the goof folk didn’t mind, unless the harassment bled into a legal issue. Then Charles the Cursed and his Lords and Ladies decided to enclose the commons for their private debauchery. This would not stand. Something had to be done. But the King was powerful, and his lords many.
And so the good folk gathered in the pub, and after fifteen flagons of salty ales, John of the good folk went for a slash and carved on the wall above the urinal, he spotted an inscription. It spoke of a creature with a secret power. A creature that could united monster and man. A creature called a SHUG.

We’ve all been there. You just want to sit down and get some writing done, but your massive pet cow just wants some belly rubs and to zoom around. How will we get anything done? This game is cozy and adorable, but also fast-paced and competitive.
One More Page is a cozy, high-tension card game where your ambition to finish writing your masterpiece is constantly thwarted by a 1,000 lb rescue cow who really just wants a belly rub. In this fast-paced, push-your-luck game, you’ll race to draft chapters while keeping Bō asleep. Hover
Hummingbirds are pretty and fun to look at. But they’re also tiny little jerks. And as a tiny little jerk, you need to collect your nectar, build a nest, and attract a mate before any of the other hummingbirds can. Even if you need to fight them for it.
Fun fact: hummingbirds are savage, territorial cutthroats. Literally. They aim for each other’s throats with their sword-like beak to keep other hummers from getting that sweet, sweet nectar. In Hover, you play as hummingbirds thirsty for nectar… and a mate. You’ll fight, flirt, and outmaneuver your feathered frenemies to build a nest, win a mate, and secure your legacy. The first bird to build a nest and perform a successful courting call wins the game.
